The beauty of this picture is not ONLY political…also religious…or romantic… all of the above. This photo is a picture of a strong black man who, in the face of a setback, is cherishing a moment with the support of a strong black woman who is 100% behind him.
Together they are making history. This is what our families should be like and can be like. I am a black woman beyond definition; fearfully, wonderfully and UNIQUELY created. STILL defying place, time and circumstance ONLY through God's amazing GRACE!
